I heard on the news about a poll done where 63% of people thought that fat people should have to pay for two seats in planes.......
After watching biggest loser for so many years now, there is only one thing I have realized about ..... the chubby ones; they are so easy to be brought to tears.
Who is gonna tell a person, "Sir/Mam, you require two seats to fly." .....hehe

What about me then???? I don't carry a lot of kilos and hardly fill me own seat....should I be refunded like 25% for using only 75% of my seat???

That would be preposterous! I can’t agree, those people have as much right to travel freely as others do, maybe try and make the plane seating more comfortable is the answer. There are airlines that think economy seats should be like those in busses, you can’t move, can’t sleep and if you do you end up on the person next to you. Look at the difference between their economy service and business class service, if they made a little effort, the problem would be solved.

I would say another option would be to have partitions...like smoking & non smoking. Technically, the 'fat' side should be uncomfy to provide people with inspiration to try and move in to the 'non-fat' side. Kill two birds with one stone....cool idea! is it not???

This all sounds like wishful thinking....and I think would kill the online booking business, no one will admit to being fit for the fat side unless practically placed on a scale. At least I won't be putting my hand up for such a classification...not that I need to. Honest!

I suggest most humbly to waken our humane side and start putting the age old lesson about sharing to real use. Couple the the ones who are using extra with the wasters and we will have an efficient seating system.
