I've always liked the food they make even though its all processed and frozen for 50 years. I came across Airline Meals which has some good information on food in airplaines.

well...being the one mostly responsible to feed the family, I always find all such meals extremely enjoyable. Don't really understand why some people complain about the food being not very good...... if its cooked and edible and I didn't have to move a hand to get it ready.....it's great

I am particularly interested in good food on an airline trip, in fact, it is something I do not tend to forget; so much so that it tends to get quite disappointing when an Airline serves the same menu on multiple trips.

I remember that happening with Alitalia. From Rome to Geneva we had a good menu with provolone cheese and great turkey. There was smoked salmon with pumpernickel bread too and the custard sponge cake was not bad at all. What we didn't enjoy was that we had had the same meal on our last flight with the airline as well!
