David Beckham will be playing at Telstra Stadium on 27th November in the match between LA Galaxy and Sydney FC. Of course its a sell out.
Hope our boys can bend it better than Beckham :P

Just an update on the match last night...
I was disappointed, maybe due to all the hype.
LA Galaxy got beaten comprehensively by Sydney with so many goals it wasn't funny. As far as Beckham is concerned....he was annoying, especially the way he had an outburst when he, himself, skidded in to an Aussie player and hurt his precious ankle. Apparantly, the man is so much bigger than the game that he is annoying..and he hardly touched the ball in the whole match. SAD if you ask me

Oh come on mate, the guy played most of the game and even scored a goal, what else did you want? Considering he gets paid a million per week from only his Galaxy team, it is a lucrative ankle he was worried about :P

Anyhow, I've heard great things about the guy and how down to earth he is, I wonder who you were watching ;)

I say put your Mr. Becks in from of a Ronaldo or Rivaldo and we will find out what he is worth in less than 5 minutes, not the millions being wasted on him. England never had anyone who could put two feet right in football.....a proof of the fact that in the land of the blind...one eyed is a King. He played almost all the match, it was torture and I turned it off in the last few minutes, but yeah torture...
