Considering we are one of the big sporting nations, I am surprised there are no Aussie favourites. Layton Hewitt is our best bet but just look at the slip in his rankings. I think he isn't even in the top 20 now.

Yah, there used to be Pat Rafter, Philippoussis and Hewitt. I guess the other two have retired by now but last I checked the world rankings there are only 3 Aussies in top 100 and only one in the top 50. I wonder what happened there, no youth programs?
