In New York City, the Washington Jefferson Hotel’s manager wanted to create a tourist attraction inside the hotel. He hired an artist, Cosimo Cavallero, to decorate the room in melted cheese. The Swiss Cheese Foundation gave the artist 1,000 lbs of cheese to complete his masterpiece.
