we have been there last January. it was great. so many marvelous installations of famous designers. every room are unique in it’s design. i never think before that ice and snow are so plastic stuff with so reach facilities.
and it was not so cold for sleeping. just -5 inside. may be because we are from Russia

hm. i watched it in Jessica Soho here in Philippines . im so amazed by its idea and uniqueness ! i love the low temperature .. hahaha !

i like this hotel i wish i will see it because i’m in lebanon and i’m verry far i se the rooms its cordgest and the chandelirs they are nise its like life in the casel verry verry nise

I take back by comment about the Ice Hotel. They have reconsidered & decided to refund my money. It was a difficult time for everyone. They didn’t mean to cause any ill feelings.

Shame on the Ice Hotel!!! When all airports were shut down due to volcanic ash the hotel refused to refund our money. The airlines and other hotels all gave refunds, but not the Ice Hotel. The volcanic ash situation may continue to be a problem for the next year or more so anyone making reservations for the next season might want to reconsider.

it’s great..i think the price isn’t too bad .. something we should try at least once…it will be a good experience.
