I flow from Frankfurt to bahrine , the supervisor at the desk is there to do more damage to the airlines than helping the customer . How anyone will be asked to pay 540 euro for extra baggage . The pricing changes more than a roulette wheel and there is no such thing as customer service. Airline mottos should be "we nickel and dime are customers to death, but if you have Money to waste and time to spare.....go by air". And be assured we're really trying to piss you off. I would be ashamed to work in the travel industry especially in the USA. Lets face it they’re all crap anymore and it’s not getting any better. By far, the worst airlines I have travelled in- 1. Gulf Air. My Australian passport was expiring & my family had to be there to renew it.Whilst transiting in Bahrain, we weren't allowed to enter our aircraft because the flight was overbooked, so we were offloaded even though our tickets were booked over 2 months before the travel. We were made to run around to get an answer so that we could get out ASAP but after 6 hours, we were given cheap accommodation with no apology. A day later, I travelled but the food was terrible, no choice whatsoever & tasteless. The air hostess' were VERY hostile & I couldn't get out of the toilet when they announced that we had to return to our seats because the air craft was so congested that one of the stewards parked a cart right outside the toilet even though it said 'Occupied'. I would've suffocated! 2. Air Asia. Well the seats were small and the aircraft was congested. Business class seats costed more but were as bad as Economy class seats. Had to pay for food, a lot of hidden costs. Budget airline? My foot! But still, not as bad as Gulf Air. The best I've travelled with- 1. EMIRATES! Seriously, I didn't want to fly any other airline after that. Good food, very very comfortable, top class services, nice crew, good entertainment, ample leg space. Just too good for words. Amazing if you're travelling a long distance especially. 2. Qatar Airways/Sri Lankan Airlines. I wouldn't say they are as good as Emirates (which was why I ranked Emirates first) but food is not too bad (compared to other airliners), crew usually friendly, fairly comfortable. Qatar Airways above Sri Lankan Airlines though. Will be flying Malaysian Airlines in a week...is it any good? I will be a 10 hour journey so I hope so! I’m surprised Air Asia isn’t on the list.

Would rather fly PAL than Cebu Pacific... CP is fine for domestic flights maybe but food/drinks expensive and cabin cramped, did not as feel safe. Air Canada is among the best airlines. World's second safest airline. They have the best pilots and planes. Cabin crew and food isn't bad. Worst airline should be the world's most unsafe. I would say the worst are china airlines, cubana, Garuda Indonesia, aeroflot, Japan airlines, Korean air, air koryo, air India and Iran air. I'm training fir a PPL so safety #1!
