I was at Mercure today and experienced the worst customer service!
I booked the hotel via hotelclub and everything was paid but when i checked out this morning the receptionist insisted that i pay for the hotel via credit card with them and didn’t even want to listen to my explanation.
I explained that the room was already paid for but they said they do not even deal with mercure and they will need to charge me.
