		<description>The hard-boiled egg you mentioned from Cambodia, it&#039;s actually called &quot;balut&quot; here in the Philippines and it&#039;s really delicious (for us at least Filipinos) and nutritious. It is usually peddled during the night time on some urban areas in baskets as it&#039;s believed to be an aphrodisiac.</description>
